ARRA Group is currently recruiting General Practitioners to be part of our team based in Western Australia.
The role of the General Practitioner is to, in collaboration with the Senior Medical Officer, other managers and staff, implement the relevant objectives of the organization by ensuring that the clinical services deliver a supportive, culturally appropriate, effective and efficient service in order that the health needs of clients and the community are met.

The Opportunity
As a General Practitioners (GPs or Primary Health Doctors) will join the outreach teams. Part of your responsibilities will be:
- Work collaboratively with other GPs and wider health team to ensure the best healthcare available through professional development and ongoing learning and upskilling.
- Provide in-clinic care to clients for acute and chronic conditions.
- Diagnose and treat a diverse range of conditions and ensure the provision of top-quality primary healthcare.
- Work closely across our multidisciplinary team,
- Engage in care coordination, health promotion, and preventive medicine.
- Refer clients to needed allied health services .
- Use cultural understanding and culturally appropriate care and communication in everything you do.

Rate: $197,000 - $296,400 per annum + super

About You
- Qualified and experienced in delivering primary healthcare.
- Hold current AHPRA general registration and either FRACGP or FACRRM specialist fellowship.
- Thrives in collaborative team environments
- Love working with diverse people and treating a wide range of conditions.
- Ability to work well during change and continually commit to professional development.
- Have a high level of cultural awareness.
- Open to learning and growing in relation to providing culturally safe care
- Have a valid driver's license.
Please note: You will need to hold or be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and pass a National Police Clearance.
