• Privately owned and operated medical centre
• Mixed billing structure - prevalence of patients who are international students or hold working holiday visas (privately charged)
• Established two years ago and situated within a premium residential complex
• Standard 15-minute appointments - see 4 patients per hour
• Current GPs booked out up to 7 days in advance
