Seeking a full-time GP for a permanent, non-VR position in Narooma. MMM5 DPA location with attractive salary offer and supervision incentives.

A reputable medical practice in Narooma, South Eastern NSW, is seeking a full-time General Practitioner for a permanent non-VR position. The location is a MMM5 DPA, offering a great opportunity for doctors seeking a rural experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 60% skin work and 40% GP work, with an attractive salary offer of 60% to 65% of mixed billings share or $160 per hour. The role requires a minimum commitment of 3 years, with the potential for partnership in the future.

Furthermore, if the GP is willing to supervise, the percentage of billings will increase to 75% for supervision of 1 doctor, 80% for supervision of 2 doctors, and 85% for supervision of 3 doctors. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced GPs seeking to enhance their skills and mentor the next generation of medical professionals.
