This Opportunity requires the following skills;
- Minimum 15 years construction experience with a minimum 2 years as a Superintendent
- Managed self and resources to deliver work in excess of $200M
- Ensuring right people with right tools are in place to manage logistics and deliver SWTC compliance (within accountability)
- Demonstrated commercial experience includes planning up to 3 months ahead and monitoring of cost and time of resources providing input to monthly forecasting (on project)

- Continuously oversee work, analyse production methods and production performance
- Monitoring performance against program and re-assessing efficiency, taking appropriate corrective action
- Monitoring subcontractors' performance to ensure project plans and milestones are met
- Assessing activities, ensuring a balance between cost and production to meet objectives and time constrictions
- Assessing and recommending plant requirements with Engineers
- Communicating with relevant team members in relation to key dates and milestones
- Report and review on cost control
- Understanding contractual obligations of CPB and subcontractors
- Planning and scheduling own and team's work to meet required timelines and outputs through prioritising activities against daily program and liaison with appropriate project staff
- Understanding output requirements and clarifying as appropriate and communicating to team members in a timely manner
- Understand daily work program and directing/allocating staff as appropriate
- Prioritising resources and equipment between areas/zones/trades to enable objectives to be met
- Regular toolbox meetings and maintaining accurate records
- Being aware of EA and Award conditions, unions and their expectations and communicating same to Supervisors
- Ensuring open lines of communication between project and unions
- Providing coaching/assisting role to subcontractors to resolve industrial issues
- Reporting to Project Leadership Team on industrial relations matters
