Generalist Lawyer

We are a law firm located in Beenleigh, QLD, offering a comprehensive range of legal services in various areas of law, including but not limited to, conveyancing, family law, criminal law, and wills and estates. 

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Property & General Lawyer to join our team.

This is a hybrid role located in Beenleigh with flexibility for some remote work. In your day-to-day tasks, you'll be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients in various aspects of property law, including commercial and residential conveyancing and leasing. In addition, you may also be required to assist with general legal matters, such as disputes and litigation, wills and estates, and family law.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Laws degree from an Australian tertiary institution or its equivalent
• Admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and holding a current Practicing
  Certificate
• Minimum 2 years post admission experience working in

      all or some of the mentioned 

      fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues
• The ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• legal Aud Qualifications an advantage but not essential
