We are an industry leader, specialising in providing survey services to the civil infrastructure industry. We have current and future works on large civil infrastructure projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
An opportunity exists for us to extend our team to include a candidate that has experience in Geospatial / BIM Data Management, to work out of our East Brisbane office.
Candidates of all levels of experience will be considered, so please submit your application and we can work with you to create a bespoke position in which we can achieve a common goal/outcome.
Roles and Responsibilities may include:
- Interrogate design drawings and BIM models to identify issues
- Create 3d models from design drawings for construction works
- Compare utility data against 3d model to verify potential clashes
- Management of point cloud data, including registering, classification, and feature extraction
- Develop and maintain data management systems and procedures
Requirements (preferred; but not essential)
- 5+ years' experience in the civil infrastructure industry
- 2+ years' experience with 12d Model office software
- Familiar with TMR and/or RMS drafting standards
- Knowledge of survey as built and conformance
Preferred Knowledge and Skills Base
- Tertiary Qualification
- Experience providing ADAC data
- BIM experience highly desirable
