AddressDue to continued growth and expansion of our field operations, Soil Surveys Engineering is seeking to employ experienced Geotechnical Drillers to expand our QLD drilling team.
The role is to operate either coring or auger drilling rigs in a safe manner. Responsibilities will include:
- Geotechnical Investigations consisting of solid and hollow flight augering, Wash boring, and Rotary Coring.
- In-Situ Testing comprising of Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) and Push Tube Sampling.
- General Maintenances and daily rig pre-start checks.
- Preparation of daily drill records.
Key Requirements:
- Drilling Operations Certificate II or higher (Preferred)
- Experience in Geotechnical Drilling
- Current HR or MR Drivers License
- Construction industry induction card (white card)
- First Aid Certificate (Preferred).
- Commitment to safety
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and healthy

Positions are based from our Brisbane Hemmant work depot, with work generally in SE QLD, however some travel will be required.
