ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position entails a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with proven experience within site related works as well as the ability to liaise with contractors and clients. The role will involve training and supporting juniors as well as business development with preexisting and new clients.
DUTIES.
- Produce Geotechnical designs, assessments and analysis
- Provide insight and advice throughout a project’s lifecycle
- Coordinate site visits, investigations and conduct geotechnical testing
- Prepare tenders and proposals and be involved in business development
- Train, mentor and guide Junior Geotechnical Engineers
- Software proficient with PLAXIS 2d/3d, WALLAP and CIRCLY (Preferred)
- Relevant Degree qualifications
- Strong ability to lead and communicate
- Proven local experience in large scale projects
- Full Australian driver’s license required
