AddressBAAZ SECURITY IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR RETAIL GUARDS IN & AT GERALDTON TO START WORK AT AUSTRALIA'S LEADING RETAILERS.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Loss Prevention Officer you will be tasked to protect the assets of the retail stores, whilst also ensuring the safety of team members and customers. This is a unique and highly specialized role where you will use observation tactics and high customer service skills to identify and respond to illegal activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but no limited to):
• Risk identification and conflict resolution;
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & patrons, primarily in our Retails Operations
• Monitoring stores to prevent loss/theft
• Monitoring of High Risk Area with Proactive approach
• Provide First Aid to Staff and customers when and if required
• Professional personal presentation;
• Understanding of Dynamic Security Principles.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Current WA Security license,
• Local to Geraldton (Mandatory)
• Preferred Past Retail/ Guard Experience,
• Customer Service Experience,
• Immediate Ready to start position,
• COVID Vaccination required as per as Govtt guidelines,
• Own reliable transport (you will be required to travel to multiple sites)
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional observational skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good computer knowledge;
• Excellent conflict resolution skills;
• Whilst most of the work is during weekdays, you must be able to work a fully flexible roster which includes weekends.
