About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert in the ACT Infrastructure arena to play a pivotal role in establishing a robust and sustainable Infrastructure business. By leveraging your expertise, with the aim to seize lucrative project and advisory prospects across critical infrastructure sectors such as Rail, Road, Maritime, Energy, and Aviation.
 
The ideal candidate for this role is a distinguished senior leader celebrated within the industry for their remarkable skills and track record of project successes. Demonstrating a proven ability to contribute to the formulation, execution, and realisation of business and strategic plans, they excel in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities aligning  with TSA’s overarching vision and strategies.
 
Responsibilities Include:

  • Spearheading business planning and development activities, in tandem with the Regional Leadership Team, encompassing commercial and financial management, budget formulation, reporting, strategic planning, and change initiatives.
  • Identifying and actively pursuing short, mid, and long-term project opportunities.
  • Advocating and championing client service excellence, ensuring our professional counsel remains unparalleled in its quality, timeliness, and innovation.
  • Proactively managing and delivering results in line with the ACT budget, meeting revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Playing an integral role within ACT’s leadership team to devise and execute opportunities and strategies across the Region in alignment with the ACT Business Plan.
  • Providing expert advice, influencing decisions, supporting planning activities and initiatives, monitoring and driving performance against the ACT Business, Sector, and Account Plans and budgets, and evaluating additional support needs for plan execution.
  • Contributing to cross-sector and cross-geographical account management, business development, leadership, and recruitment efforts, fostering positive relationships with clients and consultants, enhancing the brand proposition, and fortifying TSA’s brand identity and reputation.
  • Exercising robust people leadership to consciously cultivate and lead an effective team.
About You:
  • We seek an individual with over fifteen years of industry experience, having held senior management/leadership positions, with a strong emphasis on people and business leadership, commercial management, strategy development, and leading integrated teams.
  • As a senior leader, you should possess a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, characterized by passion, inspiration, and inclusivity. Serving as a pivotal member of the Region’s Leadership Team necessitates a diverse skill set encompassing business leadership and development.
  • A tertiary qualification alongside industry-recognized degrees is essential, supplemented by membership in professional or industry associations. Post-graduate qualifications are highly esteemed, augmenting your leadership and business management proficiencies.
  • Active involvement in industry associations, including chairing committees and presenting as a subject matter expert at industry seminars, serves as an ideal avenue to enhance your reputation and sustain valuable industry networks.
