Have you always wanted to become a tradie but wanted to do something different? Becoming a glazier might be your pathway! A glazier will specialise in preparing, installing, and repairing glass in different fixtures. Our host employer in St Marys specialises in timber windows and doors, and are innovators within the industry. They’re looking for someone eager to learn and loves being hands on to take on an exciting new challenge and become a glazier apprentice.

Kick-start your career and work for a reputable Joinery Company in Western Sydney who provides excellence and quality in Timber windows and doors! This company are a market leader and supplier and pride themselves in supplying quality timber products to leading architects, developers, builders and home owners right across Australia!

Are you new to the workforce, or seeking a change and looking forward to committing to a career as a trades-person? Would you love the opportunity to grow in a hands-on role that supports the building industry? Not only do you get secure, stable full-time hours, but also a fantastic opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
 
What's involved?
During the 48 month training contact you get to the learn the following:

  • Working with Glass and Glazing materials
  • Use tools, equipment and machines
  • Make measurements and calculations
  • Prepare and apply decorative surfaces 
  • Install glass materials
