Job description

(HEO6) $86,360 - $93,285 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Full time, fixed term contract for 12 months.

The Global Partnerships Officer will work closely with other members of the Global Partnerships team to oversee activation and ongoing growth of key partnerships. The Global Partnership Officer contributes to the development and delivery of partnership plans, provides support for establishment of international partnership agreements, including assessment of prospective partners, and drafting of relevant reports on partnership activities.

The Global Partnership Officer also assists with the management of internal funding schemes and identification of external funding opportunities and resources to support the University’s engagement with key markets, gathers insights and data on global trends and opportunities, assists with the administration of internal and external funding schemes, and plays a lead role in the preparation of partner and country briefs and reports.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the international higher education sector and knowledge of the issues affecting international students
  • Experience in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience in analysing data and the preparation and communication of reports
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills across a range of cultures
