We are recruiting the global leader for the Global Transitions Team within GWS. (remote, with travel)

JOB SUMMARY

The position is accountable for leading the entirety of the Global Transitions Team in Global Workplace Solutions at CBRE.  Responsibilities include leading a team to transform the way we transition work, including deployment of existing, and development of new, tools and technology to enhance our offerings.  Oversees leaders responsible for onboarding of single and multi-disciplinary Corporate Real Estate outsourcing relationships and delivering transformational change during the relationship lifecycle. Global transitions typically involve people transfers, data migration onto industry specific platforms, procurement of supply chain services, change management communication and process re-engineering.

This role leads Sector and Regional leaders, globally, who own the transition and transformation process and project teams accountable for the successful migration of new global business to an operational state.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a team of high functioning and capable subject matter experts responsible for the delivery of multiple transitions, on time & budget, to the scope identified in the MSAs
  • Liaise between sales & solutioning teams, sector teams, and project team to ensure successful delivery of project
  • Global leadership of the transition team including Transition Leaders, Program Managers, and Communications Leads, including resource planning for future demands
  • Executive Sponsor for all transitions globally
  • Support the Global Transition content and presentations for RFP’s, pursuits, yellow pads, etc.
  • Effective cost management and control of transition budgets globally
  • Further develop the CBRE Global Transition methodology and tools for the best customer outcomes, stakeholder engagement and the framework for commercial success at ‘Go Live’ in collaboration with the key stakeholders and the wider Global Transition Team
  • Transform the way we transition work, including deployment of existing and development of new tools and technology to enhance our offering.

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and management
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, clients and management, globally

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES        

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience
  • International experience preferred
