Gloria Jean's are looking for a talented and motivated Store Manager to join our Waverley Gardens store. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who puts customers at the forefront of everything they do.

On offer is an attractive base salary of up to $62K per annum plus Superannuation and the potential to earn an additional 20% annually (paid quarterly and equating to potentially an additional 10 weeks pay/year) through our rewarding Incentive Program with further uncapped earning potential based on over delivery of targets.
Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Engaging with customers
- Managing and handling food and coffee preparation
- Store opening and closing duties
- Inventory management and stock control
- Assisting in recruiting, training, and rostering
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
- Working with Management team to improve procedures
- Consistently maintaining brand standards
- 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role (solid Management Experience)
- Previous experience with Profit and Loss statements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to achieve exceptional sales results
- Strong work ethic and a passion for training, developing and motivating team members
- High attention to detail
- Problem & conflict resolution skills
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends – 38 hours total.
