Goods In Upacker / Production Line

About the Role:

Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for you to join the vibrant team at our Tony’s Flowers Mile End facility.  As a Goods-In unpacker/Production Line worker you will play a crucial and key role in assisting with goods arriving domestically and from around the world into Australia. To be successful in this role you will need to have a good eye for detail, be able to work safely and efficiently.

This role reports to the Receival’s Supervisor & is a casual position of approx 30 hrs per week

Key responsibilities include :

• Process inbound domestic and international products on the Production Line
• Process flowers out of boxes and down a cutting line
• Inspect product quality and report any issues
• Prepare buckets for production
• Place flowers in buckets of water for hydration
• Operate the box crusher to crush boxes
• Conduct general clean-up and organization following the 5S cleaning method

Previous experience in cold storage, production or Goods In is an asset & will be highly regarded.
 

Working Hours :

Early starts 5am Monday to Friday

Extended hours available during peak floral events such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
