Our team is growing fast and embracing new challenges, so we're looking to hire a new Google Ads Specialist to join the team. 

This is a fast-paced, fast-learning position where you’ll be managing the Google Ads campaigns for a diverse group of clients.

As both a thinking and a doing role, you’ll typically find yourself:

• Planning Google Ads campaigns and proactively recommending campaign strategies.
• Developing creative concepts and writing persuasive copy that goes beyond the ordinary to hook attention and inspire action.
• Considering the user experience across the full customer journey, ensuring alignment between your ad campaigns and other campaign assets.
• Building and launching Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, competitive analysis, configuring accounts, building the ad group structure, and setting up tracking.
• Analysing campaigns, optimising for performance, and reporting on your achievements.
• Managing budgets and working with a team of specialists to bring your ideas to life.

We’re seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally (but not necessarily) combined with tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, or other associated disciplines.

You will have hands-on experience building Google Ads and can demonstrate your abilities through your proven and impressive track record running campaigns at scale.

At the same time, you will be hungry to learn and develop in areas where you don't yet have capability, simultaneously developing both deep tactical specialisations and broad multi-channel digital marketing capabilities.
