Provide legal advice and support to the Governance team (Corporation Secretary and Legal Services) and range of stakeholders within Hydro Tasmania.

About You:

- Strong and generalist governance background
- Strong capabilities working in a team while utilising empathy and leadership skills
- Sound capabilities with planning, scheduling, coordination and managing strict deadlines
- Advanced technical legal and drafting skills
Within this engaging and important role, you will work collaboratively with the Assistant Corporation Secretary and Legal Services teams across a broad range of duties to ensure statutory compliance and promote best governance practice and to coordinate Corporation Policies and Procedures and legal templates. This varied role will see you providing support to the Legal Services team on key legal issues as required while engaging in strategic initiatives across the business.
