Form of workWe are a fully accredited Practice is two clinics and home to a well-established and multidisciplinary clinical team that provides a dedicated and tailored health service to the communities of Lakes Entrance (3909) & Bairnsdale (4370) about 3hr East of Melbourne.
With an ever-increasing patient cohort and an increase in services we are now looking for an additional Practitioner join our dedicated team and offer flexible work arrangements and great remuneration.
With no local hospital in ‘Lakes’, our Practitioners provide the full spectrum of general practice and primary health, from cradle to grave including resus, acute care, procedures and trauma stabalisation.
Our Clinics provide a comprehensive Primary Health Care service staffed by GP's and Medical Practitioners and Registered Nurses and a friendly and supportive admin and reception team.
Fully accredited and a teaching facility we are also dedicated to training the next generation of Practitioner's with opportunities to also be involved in teaching and supervision if that is of interest.
With our newly re-developed clinic taking shape we are looking for a new GP or Medical Officer to join our team and we would certainly welcome Practitioner's with a background in,
- Anaesthetics
- Obstetrics, or
- Emergency
Other clinical presentations are diverse and include:
- Aboriginal Health
- Chronic Disease Management and Complex Care
- Health assessments and Care Plans
- Mental Health
- Women's and Children's Health,
- Family Medicine
- Preventative Health
- Men's Health
- ED / Acute Care / Anaethetics & Procedures
To be considered for this position it is essential that:
- You MUST currently hold registration with AHPRA as Medical Practitioner
- Ideally hold FRACGP/FACRRM or equivalent OR be on a 3GA Program to Fellowship (FSP/MDRAP)
- Background in Aneasthetics, ED or Obsetrics
- Have Medicare claiming privileges.
** You must reside in Australia with current work rights.
