GP Vacancy in Northern NSW

About the Role:
This practice is looking for a VR or non-VR General Practitioner to join them on a full time basis. (weekends are optional).
You can increase these hours as needed. There is the opportunity for VMO work at Grafton Base Hospital and Nursing home work if desired.
The new practice is only 4 years old and opened for the increasing patient demand for the expansion of this regional area.
You will be working in a small but highly efficient and supportive team of GP's, full time nursing and administration staff. The practice boasts brand new, user friendly computer systems all ready with the integration of the new health link system. There is an onsite pathologist, physiotherapist and dietician, while dentists and allied health professionals are within arm's reach to the practice. This is a practice that is seeking a GP who is more focused on holistic healthcare and optimising the patient experience. 
You will be joining a team that is very friendly and believe in a happy workplace. The team will go out of their way to make you feel settled and part of the team. The practice is primarily looking at a larger focus on bulk billing in the future. They use Best Practice software. The practice has just had a recent upgrade of new servers, pc’s and monitors for all staff. 

Working Hours:
You will generally be working Monday to Friday 8 am - 5.30PM.
This practice works with a diverse patient group, across all ages. Your role will be to increase your patient base while committing long term to this practice and community.
 
The Location:
This practice is ideally located on the Mid north coast. It is just 45 mins drive north from Coffs Harbour on the Pacific Hwy and only 3hrs drive North to the Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise and 4 hrs to the city of Brisbane. It is also only a 45min drive north to Yamba and 2 hrs to Byron Bay. A short 1 hour flight will take you directly to Sydney from Coffs coast airport or Grafton regional airport. A 2 hour flight from Ballina or Coffs Harbour will take you directly to Melbourne.
This area is well known for its reputable public, catholic education and private schools while making it an ideal place to raise your family. Magnificent beach areas and stunning national reserve bush land surround this beautiful Jacaranda city. The local marine parks are the ideal place to spend your free time fishing, diving, snorkelling or boating. The mighty Clarence river is the biggest in the Southern hemisphere and also boasts an International venue for sailing and rowing. We also celebrate the annual Jacaranda festival. Grafton is known as Jacaranda City and hosts a number of private day care and childcare centres that are all within a 5 minute drive of the medical practice. Primary schools include Clarence Valley Anglican School kindergarten to yr12 (private), St Mary’s Catholic Primary school (private) Westlawn Primary, Grafton Infants and Grafton primary Schools are all public. Three Universities are all within driving distance starting with Coffs Harbour, Lismore and UNE at Armidale. 
 
The Package:
The practice is offering 65% of billings with $1200/day for 12 weeks.
They engage doctors via their corporate entity. The doctor is an employee of his or her related company. The practice collects the monies from medicare on behalf of the Doctor and then distributes the contract fees fortnightly.
Prefers a contract term of 2 years but will consider a min 12 month commitment.
The practice will provide $200/week towards accommodation costs for the right doctor.
