About the role:
Join our team at the Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC) and make a meaningful difference in our communities’ everyday lives. As part of our Allied Health and Nursing multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in enhancing our patient’s rehabilitation outcomes, their health independence and quality of life.
As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, you will be crucial in providing person centred, holistic, evidence-informed, high-quality care to GV Health patients. In this role you will undertake a varied and diverse clinical caseload, providing treatment for patients experiencing a wide variety of health issues, including neurological, progressive neurological, complex orthopaedic or trauma related impairments. This role is largely clinic based, providing both individual therapies, group-based rehabilitation, and is unique cases, rehabilitation in the home.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or higher level qualification;
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Relevant clinical neurological and general rehabilitation experience;
- Relevant knowledge of clinical/non-clinical processes and practices across the Victorian Public Health sector.
