The Grade 3 Physiotherapist will work in close collaboration with respective Program Managers, Program Leads, Professional leads and other relevant stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services by staff who are supported to perform their roles within an evidence-based framework.
This position will have a strong focus on engagement and support of AHP's through clinical supervision, proactive approaches to mitigating clinical risk, workforce strategies and recruitment, professional development, maintaining professional standards, and promoting a collective professional identity within Dhelkaya Health.
Maintaining a clinical caseload and have delegated responsibilities for oversight of designated community, outpatient or inpatient programs to support the Program Managers.
This role is primarily based at the Dhelkaya Health Castlemaine campus but the senior AHP may be required to work at alternative organisational sites as directed.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant Allied Health profession
- Current AHPRA registration or equivalent professional association membership
- Current drivers' licence.
