About the Role:
We are looking for a Graduate Architect / Technician to join a fast paced team and expand their knowledge across all aspects of design approval process, documentation and construction in our medium sized practice.
About you:
You are a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are enthusiastic about delivering construction projects with a constant focus on design and quality.
We look forward to welcoming designers with:
- Minimum of 3-4-years local post graduate experience preferably in multi-unit residential projects.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- ArchiCAD proficiency.
- Revit skills would also be an advantage for a one-off project.
- Demonstrated previous experience in delivering documentation packages in residential flat buildings at different stages.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants and clients.
- Demonstrated understanding of the NCC & Australian Standards
- Personable character with competent communication skills
