Graduate Architect / Architectural Technician

About the Role:

We are looking for a Graduate Architect / Technician to join a fast paced team and expand their knowledge across all aspects of design approval process, documentation and construction in our medium sized practice. 

About you:

You are a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are enthusiastic about delivering construction projects with a constant focus on design and quality. 

We look forward to welcoming designers with: 

• Minimum of 3-4-years local post graduate experience preferably in multi-unit residential projects. 
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• ArchiCAD proficiency.
• Revit skills would also be an advantage for a one-off project. 
• Demonstrated previous experience in delivering documentation packages in residential flat buildings at different stages.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Demonstrated understanding of the NCC & Australian Standards 
• Personable character with competent communication skills
