The Role
A typical week would be managing and developing your portfolio of clients and ensuring clients are serviced to a standard that exceeds their expectation. Using your technical expertise your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Consulting with Managers & Partners on progression of jobs
- Maintaining efficient workflow management
- Ensuring client work is completed within time allocation and job budgets
- Preparation of various work papers
- Preparation of client reports including
- Financial statements
- Management Letters
- Reports of findings
- Providing ongoing professional support for team members
- Contribution at team meetings
- Achieve personal budgeted production targets
- Ensure retention of clients through service excellence & client focus
- Maintaining high professional standards and personal integrity
- Monitor and review aged WIP
