The Position
The Corporate Performance Graduate works across all service functions on a rotating basis within the Corporate Performance Team. The role partners with stakeholders to assist the team to deliver and meet objectives relating to corporate planning, performance and reporting, service planning and improvement, corporate risk management and insurance.

Qualifications & experience
- In final year or have completed within the last two years a Bachelor Degree qualification in Business or Marketing or related discipline.
- Corporate planning, performance and reporting
- Service planning and Improvement
- Risk management and insurance
- Liaises and builds strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support inclusive of data entry, extraction and analysis
- Assists in the development of reports associated with all functions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
- Support in the consultation, development and review of the Community Strategic Plan, Annual Report and other IP&R Framework functions.
Hours
Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
