East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a small rural health service in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires with campuses in Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St Arnaud and Wycheproof.
The Enrolled Nurse Transition to Practice (Graduate Nurse Program) aims to facilitate your transition from student graduate to Enrolled Nurse in the 2025 graduate program.
Our program is designed to give you opportunities to further develop your nursing skills while working to consolidate and develop your practice to competent clinical leadership across diversity in rural residential aged care, acute and urgent care.
We are committed to your professional development and aim to ensure that your graduate year will be a rewarding and exciting experience.
The program is offered to nursing graduates registered with APHRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Diploma of Nursing qualification) and who are within their first year of Registration.
