Our award-winning, two-year Graduate Program supports the growth and development of our diverse workforce and encourages you to find your preferred pathway. Our program gives you the flexibility to rotate across our diverse open pit and underground operations. About the role
Our Geotechnical Engineers work in both open pit and underground environments and undertake a range of activities including data collection of geotechnical models, design and analysis of open pit and underground excavations, monitoring and risk assessment to produce safe, practical and economic designs.
As this is a site-based role, we expect you to work at two different operations across Australia throughout the two-year program.
About you
It is also important that you have/can demonstrate:
- Masters / PhD will be an advantage
- Mining experience is an advantage
- Ability to prioritise and schedule work
- Good communication and presentation skills
Prerequisites: A Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering or Geology degree completed within the last three years.
