AddressChaffey Secondary College is a Year 7 - 10 college located in Mildura, Victoria. This position provides the opportunity for a Graduate Humanities Teacher to join our team in 2024 and beyond.
Our college continues to grow and we have a number structures in place to support new and beginning teachers throughout the year and long-term. New and beginning teachers are well-supported through our induction program and in an ongoing capacity in their teaching and professional development. Learning specialists, curriculum-based teams, and sub-school structures provide a range of supports for all teachers.
The purpose of Chaffey Secondary College is to grow all of our young people academically, socially, and emotionally, to be proud of themselves, the school, and the community in a safe and inclusive environment.
The Graduate Teacher Humanities position is a position open to any teacher who has graduated within the last 4 years. The position is ongoing (permanent) with opportunities for ongoing support and professional growth within the college.

Chaffey Secondary College aims to provide students with a broad curriculum in Years 7 and 8 which builds a foundation for successful future learning and opportunities. A wide range of elective options gives students the opportunity to explore a more individual pathway in Years 9 and 10, preparing students for life and learning opportunities beyond Chaffey Secondary College. Additional programs are provided to meet the learning needs of students with a disability, students from diverse backgrounds, students requiring academic extension, and students requiring literacy and numeracy intervention.
