THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated, full time or part time, Graduate Occupational Therapist who is wanting to develop their skills in the disability sector. The successful applicant will be working with a growing and strong team of Allied Health professionals, empowering them to provide innovative support to clients and their families.
THE ROLE:
The focus is on the Participants goals and together work out the best ways to achieve them.
Within this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Assessment of daily living capabilities
- Completing therapy sessions
- Equipment prescriptions
- Functional capacity assessments
- All work is completed with clients of all ages and all disabilities
- Collaborate with other therapy staff
- Effective report writing
SUPPORT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Multiple shadowing opportunities with experienced Occupational Therapists
- Minimum weekly 1:1 supervision
- Weekly Therapy Team meetings for wider support and collaboration
- Thorough induction into the NDIS
- Assistance and support with the report writing review process
- Ability to build caseload based on clinical interests
- Realistic and graded KPIs
- Mixed in-clinic and community caseload

REQUIREMENTS:
- OT Degree Qualification
- APHRA Registration
- Driver’s license
- Valid NDIS Worker Clearance *
- Valid Blue Card *
