Graduate of Architecture / Architectural Techician

868 Architects is looking for a talented and enthusiastic graduate architect to join their studio in the Sutherland Shire.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team on a range of award-winning, high-end residential projects. Your role will involve working with the Director and team on the design and documentation development of various projects.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years experience with single high-end residential dwellings, with exposure to multi-dwelling beneficial;
• Competent and confident in stages of design including concept, development documentation and detailing;
• Organized, with project management and coordination skills;
• Highly proficient in Revit;
• Ability to liaise with clients and contractors;
• Strong attention to detail, with construction and documentation knowledge;
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Approachable with strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Proven knowledge of relevant architectural design standards, as well as BCA and Australian Standards
• ARB Registration is not essential;
