About Rodgers Reidy
We are an accounting firm specialising exclusively in Insolvency and Turnaround services. Our firm conducts Voluntary Administrations, Receiverships, Liquidations, Bankruptcies, Small Business Restructures and provides advisory services.

Our firm’s Brisbane office, situated on Elizabeth Street in the Brisbane CBD, currently has eleven staff and a supportive culture which celebrates success. 

The Role
Our firm’s Brisbane office is currently seeking a Graduate or Undergraduate to join our team. 

The role will require you to conduct the day-to-day work on various insolvency appointments. Your wide range of day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Writing reports and correspondence to stakeholders of insolvent entities;
  • Assisting with the management of businesses being traded during insolvency appointments;
  • Identifying, collecting and overseeing the sale of various types of assets;
  • Analysing entities’ financial positions and the cause of their businesses’ failure;
  • Investigating potential breaches of Directors Duties and other misconduct; and
  • Briefing and assisting legal professionals in respect of various legal actions.

The Applicant
The successful applicant will hold, or be progressing towards, a degree in accounting, business or commerce. Experience working in accounting or finance will be well regarded but is not essential. 

The successful applicant will have strong written and oral communication skills, an eagerness to learn, a strong work ethic and the ability to problem solve and adapt to unique situations.
