We are a growing Perth based financial planning firm looking for a Graduate / Paraplanner.
Do you love thinking strategically about financial and lifestyle planning?
Do you find yourself checking the finer details, to make sure things are “just right”?
Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career with an established, growing business that values its staff and offers a supportive team environment?
If you answered yes to the above, then we would love to meet you to see if you could be our next paraplanning team member!
Our financial planning business of 22 years grows organically through referrals – we deliver on our promises, engage deeply with our clients and they then share their experience with others - so we grow.
Clients come to Momentum to get financially organised and map out a lifestyle that they want for their future. Our advisors take them on a journey of financial education and choice of pathway. It’s then over to our paraplanning team to build their custom financial and lifestyle plan – researching options, ensuring their cashflows will work and mapping out the detailed actions for implementation.
This role requires a strong understanding of and interest in financial planning concepts and strategies. You will deal closely with our CFP advisers to deliver custom financial plans that cover cashflow, risk, wealth, tax and estate planning advice.
If you’d like to work with an award-winning team of reliable, honest professionals that care about and support the company they work for, this could be for you.
What you’re saying yes to:
- Research of existing client strategies and products
- Customising insurance needs and product recommendations
- Building cashflow plans to support the client’s lifestyle
- Detailing the action plan for our client service team to implement the advice effectively and compliantly
- Caring about client outcomes and ensuring they have a great experience
What we require from you:
- Enthusiastic, reliable, consistent and a strong work ethic
- Display a high care of production output and attention to detail
- Ability to work well unsupervised
- Effective Communication Skills with both team members and clients
If you believe that you fit the above description and you're looking for an opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter to Pippa Elliott at the following email address:

We look forward to hearing from you.
