Job Description
Are you a recent University Graduate ready to embark on an exciting journey in the professional world? Egis is seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our Graduate program and dynamic team! Our Graduate program commences in Feb 2024 and we'd love to have you onboard!
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
We are seeking talented Graduates who:
  • Have recently completed or are in their final year of a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering with a strong interest in Roads / Transport Engineering!
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
