We are looking for a driven and innovative Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career, work on impactful projects, and grow with a company at the forefront of offshore engineering.

This role will involve:-

• Assist in the design and analysis of offshore structural components using industry-standard software.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with the engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
• Support senior engineers in the development of design calculations and construction drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.

The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

• Recently obtained Structural or relevant Engineering degree;
• Strong academic background with a focus on Structural Engineering principles.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software and CAD tools is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• A proactive approach to learning and a keen interest in offshore engineering.
• Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety;
• Right to work in Australia is essential. Applications without appropriate working rights are automatically rejected.
