Due to continued strong growth, a full time opportunity has become available for highly motivated individual who wishes to participate in our Perth based Graduate Valuer program in preperation to become a qualified Valuer. As a Graduate Valuer you will be responsible for providing data and reports that support valuer outcomes as you progress to become qualified yourself. This position is ideal for a an undergraduate or graduate who wish to become a registered Valuer.
Key tasks of the role include:
- Arranging and scheduling valuation inspection bookings for valuers.
- Monitoring of daily jobs and be responsible for incoming requests from banks, brokers, private clients across our residential division.
- Managing customer enquiries.
- Data processing in line with customer milestones.
- Actively participating in daily capacity meetings.
- Ensuring high quality and clear standards when undertaking valuations and preparing all documentation.
- Participate in our proven and dedicated graduate program.
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of clients and their specific needs.
- Developing and maintaining effective communication with relevant parties.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- Tertiary qualification in property related field
- A passion for the property industry
- A high degree of computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High level of organisation and efficiency
- Ability to work within tight time constraints and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
