Reporting into the CEO, the Grain Accumulator will be responsible for all grower related responsibilities connected with the company’s commercial activity.
These include:
- Responsible for the ongoing accumulator and relationship management of the grower network.
- Visit, engage and communicate with growers year-round.
- Discuss pricing points, grower seller activity, storage capacity and yield expectations to develop an intimate knowledge of their requirements.
- Execute and manage the purchasing of grain from growers into our clients supply chain and storage assets.
- Manage and develop our clients brand through industry events and grower meetings.
The successful person will be looking to develop their career within the Australian grains industry and be looking to step into a role that requires them to use their relationship skills.
