We are seeking a Grants Administrator to join a contract opportunity and play a crucial role in the administration of public research programs and projects. Responsibilities: Administer public research programs, projects, and grants, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Support networks and collaborative efforts with National Intelligence Community colleagues, Australian Universities, and the Australian Research Council. Conduct program analysis, preparing draft reports on program activities, outcomes, and project milestones. Manage contract and service agreements, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Assist in the dissemination of research outcomes, including event management support. Work collaboratively within a small team, exhibiting resilience, sound judgement, and adaptability in a shifting and ambiguous environment. Maintain a security clearance (baseline minimum).
