Duties- Provide high-level support to the Project Manager Operations in delivering the Active Tasmania grants program.
- Engage with the grants program managers within Active Tasmania to provide support and guidance on the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of grant programs.
- Develop and contribute to a range of communications, including responding to enquiries, writing Ministerial briefs, developing resources for internal and external audiences and web publishing.
- Support the development and coordination of templates, tools and resource for grant management with Active Tasmania including the use of grant management and information management systems.
- Upkeep and quality assure of unit specific information including, spreadsheets and tracking of a range of documentation including grant management, minutes, agendas, invoices and general correspondence.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in business processes, information systems, data management, practices, procedures, organisation and equipment.
