Graphic Designer

We have an exciting in-house opportunity for an all-around designer to join an iconic boutique real estate business based in St Ives.

Working directly with the marketing manager, your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and innovative designs across digital and print media.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop a wide range of digital and print media, including but not limited to logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and websites
• Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing to understand design requirements and deliver exceptional designs that meet the company's objectives
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality designs are delivered on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and technologies to enhance the overall design process and maintain a high level of proficiency.

Key requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience
• A strong portfolio of digital and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience using Canva & Loomly (essential)
• Desirable knowledge- AgentBox & ActivePipe
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
