Graphic Designer

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Graphic Designer at Dreamedia Creative you will provide key support in the implementation of marketing and advertising materials for our clients.

As part of a dynamic team, your role will require you to work in an environment where no two days are the same, but you must be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve creative excellence and meet the high standards of Dreamedia Creative. 

Your role will be challenging yet fulfilling in a fast-paced, diverse and exciting working environment. You must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for designing and creating unique and memorable marketing collateral for our current clients. Your awareness of current trends and ability to inspire with ideas and initiative is required, as is the capability to collaborate with and support all aspects of our business. 

POSITION DUTIES

• Create and design marketing material required for a range of clients
• Create and maintain client's social media campaigns including graphic design, and marketing strategy in reference to the design elements
• Design graphics and illustrations for animations and video
• Design front end graphics for our web developers (experience in back-end preferred but not requried)
• Proofing and editing of print materials
• Manage and maintain your own workload and deadlines
• Work with the guidance and support of the creative team in order to complete projects
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign (Premiere, After Effects and Lightroom preferred but not required)
• Experience in managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
• Experience in driving social media engagement 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, (experience in copywriting for marketing campaigns preferred by not required)
• Strong work ethic and self-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where timeliness and accuracy are essential
• Minimum 4 years professional experience in the same role or similar position
• Demonstrated ability to receive feedback and quickly adapt to changing requirements

• Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times 
• Produce marketing materials and marketing campaigns consistent with the high level of quality expected by Dreamedia Creative and our clients
• Meet company key performance indicators as required
