MedAdvisor Solutions global mission is to empower the pharmacy of the future to help people manage their healthcare, one prescription at a time. The software provides support in tracking medications with digital-first pharmacy tools and educational content that improves health literacy and medication adherence. Our current head office is based in Camberwell, however, please note we are relocating to Melbourne CBD in October 2024.

The role:
This role has been updated to a 2 day per week fixed term contract for 6 months that can be worked from home, with the expectation to come into the office when required for meetings/ team collaboration. We believe this role is suited to those applicants re-entering the workforce after extended leave or applicants looking to reduce their working hours.
As our Graphic Designer you will support the development and maintenance of the creative assets and design for MedAdvisor Solutions. This role reports to the Head of Marketing ANZ and works collaboratively with the marketing, sales and UX teams.
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
- Design print and digital assets using illustration, text, photography, colour, and computer-generated imagery
- Edit photography and graphics
- Assist in print and signage ordering, delivery, and organisation
- Assist the marketing specialists to execute campaigns across multiple media channels
- Ensure all content is usable, accessible, customer focused, and visually consistent with brand values and direction
- Continue to enhance website components to better customer experience
- Analyse competitor campaigns and strategies and ensure MedAdvisor Solutions is up to date with the latest features and enhancements
- Take briefs from concept through to production
- Establish priorities, manage internal stakeholders, and meet project deadlines
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A minimum 5 years of print and digital design experience
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficient use of the Adobe Creative and required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, Illustrator, Canva
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Has the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage quick turnaround times without compromising on quality
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities -
- An intuitive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building at a commercial level
Desirable:
- Copy writing skills
