Our Greenlife team has experience specialising in the display of horticultural / Nursery products within Bunnings stores across the country.
We are on the hunt for a full-time Greenlife Crossdock Team Member to join our friendly team based at our Heatherton site.
About the role:
Reporting to the VIC Greenlife Transport Coordinator, the main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of our VIC, SA and TAS Greenlife operations.
This will involve auditing the quality and quantity of plants received from our suppliers and be the lead contact person for our stores on any Greenlife queries that may arise.
What's involved:
- Quality checks on stock received at Crossdock to ensure that they meet Bunnings's standards.
- Quantity checks on stock received from Growers against Purchase orders
- Validate Greenlife Crossdock provider is delivering on the day-to-day service to Bunnings's expectations
- Validate volumes being handled through Greenlife Crossdock to assist with invoice reconciliations
- Short Supply claims on behalf of stores
- Damages claims
- Contact person for stores on day-to-day Greenlife Crossdock issue
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities
- General receiving dock admin duties

You'll need:
- An interest in Horticulture/Horticultural qualification is highly regarded
- Experience working within Greenlife is also highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills, time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel & Word
- Ability to be flexible and meet seasonable demands of the role
- Be customer service oriented
- Team orientated
