Groundskeeper

An exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Groundskeeper/ Turf Manager to join our team. With four locations, including two prominent hospitality venues, located in the Swan Valley area, we require a committed person with an eye for detail to assist us in managing our grounds and gardens. This is a permanent part time to full time position depending on the applicant.

Reporting to the Managing Director, a successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and proactively. Passion and pride for presentation is essential. With guidance, you will be responsible for the total management of our turf and gardens across 4 locations.

Ideally, our successful candidate will possess

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Groundskeeping or relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of turf management
• Knowledge and experience working with flora in Western Australia 
• Chainsaw operation certificate
• Manual Driver’s license
• Chemical safety and application certificate
• Experience in operating machinery
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and maintenance
• Knowledge of typical horticultural pests and diseases
• Highly organised and enthusiastic work ethic
• An eye for detail
• Hands-on approach with a good level of fitness
