About the Role
Peter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt for a Group Stock controller and registrations manager to join our stock control team in Warwick Farm. To be considered for this role, you must be detail-focused, have good time management skills, be process-driven, a team player and enjoy interacting with customers.
Conduct themselves only in ways consistent with the G.I.F.T values of Growth, Integrity, Focus and Teamwork and reflect well on the companies’ compliance of policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Oversee all Stock Control and Registration processes and activities for all locations
- Complies and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within their assigned area.
- Management of the performance of the individual team members to achieve team outcomes.
- Provide exceptional value-adding and customer service to internal and external parties where relevant
- Provide higher level administration support to the relevant operations team, where required
- Manage other teams when projects assigned
- Supervise the processes and provide guidance/instruction on changes necessary to improve these processes
- Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity is being achieved by the team
- Support and champion the PWAH policies and procedures
