A rare opportunity has now emerged for a highly experienced leader to join the organisation in the position of Growth Lead. Reporting to the Head of Service Impact, this exciting and influential position encompasses technical knowledge from a range of disciplines (housing, child protection, leaving care and family preservation), along with creativity and innovation. The immediate priority for this position will be the implementation of Junction’s flagship innovation project, THRIVE, in addition to embedding yourself as a key lead in the Innovation and Growth working group. This position will drive collaboration across the organisation (housing, child protection, community development) to find innovative solutions to social problems. Broader responsibilities include leading key strategic projects, identifying partnership and funding opportunities, developing tender and proposal submissions and ultimately driving successful implementation of all programs aligned to growth and innovation.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership and an understanding of the broad landscape Junction operates in. Critical to your success in this role will be your strategic mindset and ability to draw on your system knowledge to identify gaps and improvements to improve societal outcomes. You will be a confident communicator and proactive opportunity pursuer, with a creative commercial mindset.
