Store Manager at the Gyprock Trade Centre in Moorabbin – VIC. We're seeking someone with management or leadership experience, highly focused on safety, great communication and computer skills. Having a background in the building industry will be highly regarded but no essential and full training with our internal onboarding will be provided on our Trade Centre products to set you up for success and increase your earning potential. Forklift experience is desirable but not essential but be willing to obtain.CSR is the name behind many powerful brands, providing innovative and sustainable building solutions across the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.Part of the CSR family, our Interior Systems Business Unit comprises of Gyprock, Martini, Himmel & Potter. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications and are the industry leader of interior lining solutions across the building sector.In this diverse role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive culture on site, meeting the site safety requirements and safety plan, providing customer service, product distribution, managing daily store activities, maintaining high standards of retail excellence, and contributing to achieving store revenue and margin budgets whilst having fully responsibility and accountability of your store P&L.With a work life balance in mind, you will be working Monday - Friday 6am-3pm.
