We are seeking an experienced, motivated and professional individual with a strong attention to detail who has a passion for service to join our Resort Team as Guest Services Manager.
We are seeking someone with a passion for the hospitality industry and who is eager to further develop their career. You will be an experienced problem solver who is able to exceed guests expectations and have a genuine personable service style.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will form part of the management team across both businesses, the Resort and the Tavern. You will lead the Front Office Team and work hands on within the team driving guest service initiatives and ensuring your team always provides the highest of service levels. You will also provide administration and management support to the General Manager.
As this is a newly restructured position you will be confident in analysing current systems, policies and procedures in place to improve the overall operation. It is essential to have management experience within the hospitality industry, preferably within the Rooms Division. Experience with timeshare would be advantageous however it is not essential and experience within other hospitality departments such as Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Human Resources and Maintenance would be helpful as it is expected that the successful person will further develop moving forward.
