Job Description:
As the Hair Salon Manager, you will oversee daily salon operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure client satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of service and fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise salon personnel including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
2. Ensuring that all salon operations comply with occupational health and safety standards.
3. Develop and implement business strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
4. Oversee client service standards and resolve any issues to maintain client satisfaction.
5. Engaging in direct sales of products and services to clients, providing expert advice on the use of various hair or beauty products.
6. Manage salon financials, including budgeting and daily accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Hair Salon Manager (at least 3 years).
2. Strong leadership and customer service skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of the beauty industry and market trends.
