Form of work- Egginton's FridgeGear is a well-established, private company with over 35 years experience in the industry.
- No Trade qualifications are required, however applicants will require experience using power tools, a general knowledge and experience in repair work and the ability to troubleshoot. Complete on-the-job training will be provided during a 3 month paid trial period with ongoing training supplied.
- The successful applicant will be trained to install Refrigeration Cabinet Hardware, Fridge Seals and PVC Strip Curtains and have good customer service attributes. Egginton's FridgeGear services Hotels, Clubs, Pubs, Cafes, Restaurants and Food Processing factories.
- We seek the successful applicant to service the Sydney CBD and Greater Sydney areas, with company vehicle supplied after successful completion of candidates training period.
- Egginton's require a self-motivated, competent, enthusiastic person who has the ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team. Attention to detail is highly desirable. Good communication skills are essential, as well as basic computer knowledge eg. checking emails and printing of job sheets.
- The successful applicant will be required to work 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday, overtime may be available when required.
- Remuneration will be reviewed after 6 months based on work performance.
The successful applicant must possess the following:
- Current unrestricted drivers licence and a good driving record. A proof of demerit point statement will need to be provided.
- Ability to work flexible start and finish times.
- Police Clearance is required for work in Aged Care facilities.
- Australian citizenship (required for work on Australian Defence Force sites).
