We are seeking a Head Greenkeeper to become a valuable member of our wonderful Yards' team, working across Brisbane.

This Head Greenkeeper position is a hands-on role perfecting and enhancing our clients' lawns, which includes:

• All aspects of professional lawn care.
• Weed, Pest and Disease Management.
• Exceptional Lawn maintenance and renovation knowledge.
• Irrigation knowledge and experience. We use Hunter hydrawise platform, training will be provided.
• Operation and maintenance of tools and equipment, including but not limited to Zero turn mowers, cylinder mowers, self propelled mowers, scarifiers, aerators.
• Overseeing all lawn projects and key contact for our Greenkeeping team.

Our staff require a broad range of skills and we encourage all experienced Greenkeepers, Landscape Gardeners, Turf Specialists, and Grounds-persons to apply. A strong eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude is required for this position. 

• Minimum 3 years' turf industry experience for fine cut lawns (golf course, sports fields or similar). 
• Level III or above qualification in Greenkeeping, or equivalent trade.
• Hold a valid Australian Drivers License.
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
• The ability to lead, mentor and organise work teams.

• Have a ‘Can-Do’ attitude. 
• Be well presented and motivated.
• Take pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail.
• Be fit and able to work hard in sometimes 
• Challenging environmental conditions.
• Have a current police clearance (or willing to get one).
• Have outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Be able to adapt in a busy and dynamic environment.
