As the Head of Arts & Culture, you will be instrumental in shaping a new strategic vision, driving comprehensive and ambitious new programs, and supporting the city's Arts & Culture products that will lead the sector into it's next phase of presence and prominence both locally and globally.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of dedicated arts enthusiasts, empowering them to push boundaries and unleash their full potential.
  • Drive the development and execution of innovative strategies to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with overarching business objectives.
  • Demonstrate a history of managing teams, venue management, and operational execution of artistic and cultural programs.
  • Provide strategic insights derived from thorough market analysis to guide investment decisions.
  • Empower team members to explore new ideas and deliver impactful programs across the precinct.
  • Oversee a talented and dynamic Programming, Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage, Production, Asset and Facilities management team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster creativity, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Operate in a multi stakeholder environment across a fast growing and dynamic city.

What You'll Bring:

  • The ability to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including effective negotiation and influence techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in a Shared Services environment highly regarded.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • A proven track record in senior arts leadership roles.
